Uterus tightening
So everything I've read about Braxton Hicks says that they don't last very long - like 30 seconds.
Tonight I've been experiencing a super tight uterus that WON'T relax! It's been tight for ages along with some pain on and off in my pelvis/pubic region.
Anyone else have experience with this? I'm 36+3.
