18yr & 20yr, TTC Our First Angel

I'm 18 and my boyfriend is 20, were trying to conceive our very first little angel. I've stopped my birth control about 2-3 weeks ago. We use the right positions and we do the whole elevate your pelvis thing. We want nothing more than to create our baby. Any tips and tricks that helped you get pregnant?
