My doctor isn’t helping

So before i get into the problem let me just give you guys a little bit of background info.... i had a miscarriage june 2018 i didnt even know i was pregnant (6weeks) once my hormone levels were closer to 0 my doctor thought it was a good idea for me to get on the shot which last around 3 months so it wore off around September 2018 (worse 3 months of my life) i bled alot from june- September because of the miscarriage and the birth control but ever since ive been off the birth control ive been bleeding randomly in between periods usually lasting between 2-7days sometimes after sex and sometimes ill just randomly bleed ...my doctor did a blood test and i dont have any STDs but thats all shes done other then recommend me to get the iud which i dont see how thats going to help whats going on .... Idk what more to do i bring up my concerns frequently but i feel like she just isnt helping 😩 at this point im just really frustrated
