What's the best time of day to test?

I've heard that OPK is different and should be tested later in the day, but not sure if that's accurate! Help? 🤷

Also, just follow the instructions on your brand of test. For example, the clear blue tests want you to use FMU, while other brands say explicitly to not use it.

“Unlike the pregnancy test kit, morning (first morning urine) is not the best time to collect samples for ovulation tests, as LH is synthesized in your body in the morning and will not appear in your urine until the afternoon. The ideal time to collect a urine sample is in the afternoon, though testing may safely take place from 10am to early evening.”

I test 2 urine of day, after lunch so around 2 or 3 then again about 9pm
