When did you go into labor if you have fraternal twins?

Sorry for the double post— my Dr told me she wants me to go to 38 weeks because I’m pregnant with di/di twins (I think?) they each have their own placenta and sac. Boy / girl. Is it usually pretty common to make it to the full 38 weeks or when/how did you mommas who had the same type of twins deliver? Thank you in advance

I’m having di/di girls and my high risk doctor and OB both said 38 weeks too. I was hoping for 37 lol but unless there is a medical reason I’m going to try to make it to 38. I’m currently 35 weeks and they are still hanging out in there! Lol.

I just had my di/di twin day 38w2d! Scheduled c section and I was so miserable but made it! They came out super healthy

Went into labor on my own with my di/di boys at 35+5. Had them both vaginally. I was measuring like I was 46 weeks pregnant though. My boys were 6 lbs 8 oz and 6 lbs 5 oz both 20 inches long.

My OB said he would cut me off at 38 weeks, but he and my high risk doctor said 36 weeks is average for di/di twins.

My OB had me maxed at 37 weeks, but I went into early labour at 34 weeks.  I have di/di boys.
I'm surprised she wants to push it so far.

Currently 15 weeks very high risk doc have me schedule for a c section at 37 weeks. Don’t think I will make it that far for some reason think I would make it to 34 or some just have a feeling.

Mine have always measured ahead so I was told *if* I make it to 36 weeks they’ll induce me at/before 37! I’m having Di/Di twins but dont know both the genders yet 🤰

My doctor said she would let me go to 39 weeks if I preferred (I am the all natural, no intervention type) but said 38 is typically when they would induce with di/di Twins. I don’t want to take unnecessary risks with twins so I would schedule an induction at 38 weeks if it comes to it.
