Carpal tunnel?

Who else is dealing with carpal tunnel? I didn’t know it was a side effect until my own pregnancy.

Me😑 Even with a wrist brace at night the pain is unbearable at times😞 
I’ve had it since about 25ish weeks. I’m 37 now.. just want this little girl to be born!

Meeeeee! Just found out 2 weeks ago. As I started swelling but felt some pain. I asked the doc if it was normal to feel pain in my wrist & he said oh yea carpal tunnel!
The brace a night makes a slight difference, my husband slightly massages my hands & wrist. I try not to strain.
It sucks! But at least it’s only the last few months. I hope it’s manageable 😭😭😭

Me! I wake up numb on my right side and it takes forever to get feeling back. They say make a fist and bend it towards the inside of your arm. So painful.

Yes! Since week 16 in both hands. It's so bad my OB sent me to an orthopedic doctor. I have tingling and loss of feeling in fingers on both hands with pain radiating up both arms. I'm 35+2 and after exhausting all other treatment, my dr prescribed a steroid pack to back some of the pressure from my nerves because I'm losing fine motor skills. My hands still tingle and are numb 24/7, but it has pulled some of the pain out of my arms.

Yes! I already had carpal tunnel before my pregnancy in both hands, but this pregnancy has made it so much worse than before. I’ve needed the surgery for a few years now and keep pushing it off.

Yes!! I just bought a wrist brace and I didn't wake up in pain! I had it with my first too so I wasn't surprised this time. It seemed more painful this time around though.
