Anybody have some tips to help me lose some weight? My daughter will be two next month & I have had SO much trouble losing baby weight.. 🥺 I was 140 pounds before pregnancy & I would love to get back down to that, but I have struggled w losing weight my entire life. PLEASE HELP! 😩
