Don’t know where to ask this..

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place... Has anyone had an ultrasound for fertility check a week before their period was due? Does it show pregnancy that early? Fed up of trying after 4 years... she said everything looks normal (like my previous scan) but can see a gas bubble?... doctor recently diagnosed me with pcos... even though my periods were regular 😏
