Sensitive nipples, turn on, HELP

Ever since I had my first son, my nipples have been my "spot" playing with them sucking on them licking them instantly turn me on, with my second son when I breast fed for first week it was hard for me to do this because it felt good, until his latch started to hurt and crack my nipples and then I stopped and only pumped. I'm pregnant with my third and I want to breastfeed her as long as possible. But I don't want it to feel this way.. Am I the only one? Please help!!!
