Woke up unable to breathe...
Wondering if anyone else has woken up not breathing? I woke up and couldn’t breathe. I was so scared and eventually caught my breathe, bit what is that? I’ve been snoring more lately. Not getting much of any sleep either.
I put nose plugs in a week ago to help with the snoring. It seems to work.
Wondering if it’s just pregnancy related?
