How to reveal on social media?

I’m about 12 and a half weeks at this point. We plan on finding the gender out on February 3rd. I was thinking about just waiting to do a social media announcement once we know the gender. Our family and best friends know and I’m a stay at home mom so it’s a little easier to hide the belly lol. I know it’s different for everyone but I was just curious if anybody did a joined baby and gender announcement or when you announced in general.

We will find out the gender around the same time as you and plan to do a combined pregnancy and gender announcement for social media. We told most of our close family at Christmas however I work from home so people don’t really see me either so Extended friends and family probably don’t know yet.

I've seen people post the initial announcement then a gender announcement later. Our plan is to just announce and we be the only ones to know the gender so just one post.

We did a combination announcement and gender reveal at 13 weeks. We found out through the blood test otherwise we probably would have waited to do both together adter the 20 week ultrasound.
