I’m posting this anonymously because I could not be more embarrassed and surprised. I was sitting on the couch with my toddler and sneezed and thought I peed myself. Ran to the bathroom to discover I had like diarrhea pooped myself! What the hell! It went everywhere, took forever to clean up. I still can’t believe it. About to shower so I can be sure it’s all cleaned off of me. I had to call and ask my husband if this happened to me with my last pregnancy and he said I just peed myself. I have never done this before and am now horrified and terrified to sneeze! What if this happens to me in public! I hope it was a fluke. I just recently got the flu shot and haven’t been feeling well since. Has this ever happened to anyone? I’m both laughing and dying at the same time over this.

Also do I just throw the panties away?!
