My baby always does this with his tounge...does it seem normal???

Licking is a sign of hunger. How many ounces are you feeding? Dr said to let her eat until she stops ducking and gets sleepy.  My baby does this until she is full. It may not be hunger as much as wanting to feed for comfort,  have you tried a pacifer?

How old is he? Mine used to do it all the time when he was just born. It usually means he was hungry. He outgrew it now though (4 weeks).

i think it means he wants to be fed, my baby always licks his lips and sticks tongue out right before a feeding, sometimes afterwards

It’s normal it’s a cue for food they outgrow this by the time they 6months old and if they do it after then it’s normally because they used to doing it.

Hes a month today!  He just ate and I just upped his oz lol. I'm going to ask his pedi anyway.
