Weight Loss Tips???

Hey guys! I’m looking into starting Keto. Like next time I’m grocery shopping, I’m only buying Keto friendly foods (aside from my 1.5 yr old foods) does anyone have any tips, recipes, and exercise routines they’d like to share that worked for them?

Also I’m a coffee addict 🤦🏻‍♀️ like I s cannot give up my caffeine intake as awful as it is I HAVE to have it. I get migraines without and honestly my overall mental health suffers as ridiculous as that may seem. So, any Keto-coffee tips? Or a substitute for the caffeine?
