Could a miscarriage be a “good sign”?
Perhaps that is a bad choice of words? 🤔
My partner and I have been trying for our first baby. Back in July 2018, I miscarried at 5 weeks. I had bloodwork done at 4 weeks to confirm the pregnancy and at 5 weeks the bleeding starting 😔 It was very early on, but absolutely devastating. It still haunts me- thinking that could have been my baby.
We have been trying for about 10 months now, and of course I have been a little worried that something could be wrong! I did have an ultrasound about a year ago and everything looked fine. Healthy amount of eggs, nothing out of the norm. I have very regular 27-28 day cycles, minimal PMS symptoms, easy periods, and the usual ovulation symptoms. My worry is that there may be inflammation or scar tissue in my tubes, due to an infection 3 or 4 years back, when I was 25.
My question is though - could a miscarriage be indicative that my tubes are not blocked...? Since egg and sperm did connect!?
Any insight would be appreciated ☺️
