Am I pregnant?

Cycle day 36, usually 29-33, I always have unprotected sex using withdrawal on my fertile window and have never been late. I didn't get my period in December due to a cyst, but I'm sure I don't have a cyst bc I know the pain and I don't have it. My last period was July 4th. I had sex on cycle day 15(July 18th), still haven't gotten my period. I hadn't gotten pms symptoms that I usually get(cranky, emotional) until a few days ago. I have a doctors app and they told me that pre cum can get you preg, but it's never happened before so that's why I find it impossible to be preg. Is there a possibility? I've been peeing often, I feel nauseous, I can't sleep at night, my cm has been creamy, and my temp hasn't dropped which it usually does right before my period. I've never been late, what's happening?!
