Naturally inducing labor
So I’ve got the go ahead from my midwife and ob to start naturally inducing labor and I’m just looking for some safe ways to try and induce myself . I will not try the castor oil I’ve heard too many scary things about it . But I’m just looking for some other options I’ve also heard clary sage can help and my midwife said I could use that . But I’m curious to see what other people have used .
