What do I do?

I went to a job interview on Friday, and the manager told me that he would call me Monday, or Tuesday, but that if he didn’t call by Tuesday, then for me to call him. It’s now Wednesday, and he still hasn’t called.. should I actually call him? Or just assume I didn’t get it? Wouldn’t he call me if he wanted to hire me..?
