Zinc and vitamin c?

What are your opinions on this? I’m reading that zinc can be very beneficial but I can’t find much in recommended doses.../any ideas?

I think zinc is included in my prenatal vitamins just like vitamin C is but I take an extra 1000 mg/daily of vitamin C. I told the doctor & she said that’s not bad. I’ve been taking the vitamin C since April & I’ve seen an improvement in my immune system. I haven’t been sick since (knock on wood) & I don’t want to get sick while pregnant!

Zinc is beneficial.. there is a large amount of it in fertilaid which is a common supplement, even our infertility specialist recommended it. He also recommended we take 500mf of vitamin c because or aids in all aspects of a perm production. My husband has been taking fertilaid since October and his counts went from 6 million in December to 40 million in January. Worth it so far.. but we’re still waiting on our BFP

•	Zinc – Very important for cell division including sperm production and ovulation. Best when taken in combination with b-vitamins. Take 15mg daily
