Difference in a week??

Question

Has anyone had a big difference in ultrasound from days 5w2d to 6w1d? I had a 5w2d ultrasound and we only seen the sac and I have one scheduled for 6w 1d was there a big difference for anyone around this time??

5weeks 3 days we only saw sacs next one ended up being 7 weeks 4 days bc of having to reschedule. That’s the TOP pic. Bottom is 8 weeks 2 days

I didn’t have one at 5+2 but yesterday I was 6+1 and we got to see a heartbeat.
