Bleeding after fingering! HELP!

hi im 16 and i have not been sexually active for 3 months. Recently, my current boyfriend fingered me and after i noticed a small amount of spotting. (practically nothing compared to period) and it was colored brighter like the color of blood if you get a cut. and this small amount of spotting has happened twice after being fingered. (note: my boyfriend can be a bit rough)
