Advice needed
So I have been trying to loose weight. I have cut out caffine 2 weeks ago, I am finally slowly getting back to my exercise routine. I still have a torn tendon in my ankle but work standing, walking, doing squats, climbing stairs and so forth. I put in over 400 active minutes. The thing is I am also on a medication that is a weight gainer as a side effect. I just started working again after a 2 month medical leave and my shift has changed. I now work 3rds.
Any suggestions will be appreciated. How do I get back on track?
