Hey have any of you ladies experienced a miscarriage with no symptoms?

I got a positive test at 4 weeks and had my first ultrasound at 5 weeks and there was a tiny dot we can barely see.

So now I’m “10 weeks” according to my missed period and today we only saw a sac but no baby (which is obviously weird) so I requested a trans vagina u/s and still just a sac but nothing.

So he said I’m either early and due date is pushed back or I’m miscarrying.

My sac seems bigger than the last time.

No pain, no bleeding, no nothing. Just morning sickness a little tired and bloated.

Has anyone had a baby that was hiding and didn’t show up till way later? Lol
