Congratulations, but the person who screenshot this is right. She shouldn’t have to post rules. This thread is titled “Trying to Conceive”. Your post should be in one of the groups like “First Trimester” or “Glow Announcements”. What is the goal of saying “It only took two months!”? Some people on here, browsing this specific thread to find confront and first-hand knowledge from others in their same situations, have spent years and thousands on hopes to becoming mothers.

I don’t think she’s meaning to be petty. I think it’s the caption that’s kind of a slap in the face “only took 2 months” when for some it’s been years and years and a lot of self blame with no success. Everyone is happy for you no doubt! But the rules are the first thing posted when you enter a group and it’s not a bad idea to have a quick look. You don’t have to delete your account or anything it’s more of a heads up and not in a rude way!

I started ttc jan 1st 2018 and got a bfp in march and in Aug. Both mc at 7 weeks but yea some people get preggers fast. 9 dpo right now

Okay well congrats. Maybe i should just give my body a break from trying. Let my body get back to normal. But im 8 days late. So i dont know what to do

After talking to friends and family it seemed like everyone I know took a while to actually conceive. So I was prepared for maybe 6 months to a year to go by.. my last period was 11/23/2018 I took probably 5 tests (all negative) in December. Gave it a break until 01/11/19 and took a test on a whim!
