When to start light exercise?

Question

I’m 1 week pp today. When did you ladies start moving around again? I’m dying for some fresh air but moving around too much outside the house makes me nervous.
I had a 9 lb 2 oz baby vaginally, 2nd degree tear but I feel fine. Taking ibuprofen as needed.

I started to workout lightly at 2 weeks pp for about a week but then heard and read horror stories that freaked me out. So I stopped and I'm waiting for my all clear 6wk appt this week to start lightly again.

I had a csection but started walking around week 3, added in some light exercises such as squats, bridges, and dumbbell arm work around week 5, and am now 6.5 weeks postpartum and back to normal workouts.

I started walking a few times a week around week 2, I’m 5 weeks pp Friday and now I’m walking a mile a day. Also had a 2nd degree and repair. I won’t add much more till I’m cleared at the end of the month

I’m 3weeks pp and I’m walking about a mile every other day. I had a c section but I’m feeling good. I was told just trust your body and don’t push it.
