Cramps after walking/vacationing
I'm on vacation and we've been on the go almost every day and going through a lot of curves while driving. Today after walking the mall, I'm getting a lot of cramps. Should I be concerned? What do you ladies do when this happens?
At the beginning I thought it was because this is the week I would be on my period if I wasn't pregnant. Does that even matter?
