Acne, Baby Girl?

Question

Anyone else have crazy amounts of acne come out of no where? I'm not one to usually get acne. Started on my forehead at 10 weeks and has now spread to my cheeks and chin. Currently 15 weeks. Old wives tale suggests it's a sign of a baby girl, I dont believe in that stuff but has anyone had acne and had a girl but never a boy? Just curious lol.

I’ve got acne by my hair line and on my chin. With my son I never had acne and we know this ones a girl so that’s my two cents 🤷🏻‍♀️

My face isn’t too bad but the backne is ridiculous. Not sure what we are having though. Find out next week. My fingers and toes are crossed it’s a girl 🤞

Currently suffering with acne and I am having a girl. I also have headaches :/

Yep...BAD acne started at 5 weeks, 13+5 today, and hasn’t gotten better despite using a lactic acid cleanser from Belli. Mild headaches every other day. Confirmed girl by blood test. 
Did not have acne with my son....

I am currently 16 weeks with a baby girl and my face is a mess! But I also have 2 boys and with my first boy my face was just as bad and with my middle son, I had the most perfect skin and beautiful glow that some talk about! 🤷🏼‍♀️ just goes to show you that every pregnancy is different.

With my first son I was a magical glowing pregnancy goddess. This time it’s another boy but I have so many breakouts, my mustache grows back daily & my hair is a nightmare 😂
