wont let me put down

my baby girl is 4 months, EBF. we cant ever put her down or sit down with her, she always wants to be up and walking around which I cant do 24/7. we put her in the swing, lay her down under the activity set, tummy time, pacifiers which she doesnt take, even tried teething toys. diaper will be fresh, she will be fully fed and burped.

how do you feel about crying out? what can I do to make her stop? :( I dont wanna be frustrated but its getting so bad...
