Honest question...
So i breastfeed my beautiful baby boy. I thought i was supposed to eat constantly and drink water constantly .... Well it caused me to put back on a bunch of weight... I just started counting calories today with the Lose It app.... But i also have PCOS.... Which had made it hard for me in the past to lose weight. I gained 40 pounds on my prepregnancy weight and i am so embarrassed about it. It doesn't bother my hubby, according to him... But i juat wanna lose the weight again without losing my milk supply. Anyone have any suggestions or thoughts that could help???
