How often do you’ll have an ultrasound?

Hello ladies
The last ultrasound I had was at 20 weeks where they revealed the gender and did an Anatomy scan
I haven’t had an ultrasound after that and today am 29 weeks
My doctor hasn’t said anything about an upcoming ultrasound.
How many and how often do you’ll have one?

I was told I’ll get one more if needed. I was also told it’s not good to have lots of them because there’s no enough studies to show long term effects on development. I don’t know how true that is or anything about the studies. Just ask your doctor about the next time you’ll have one

I won’t have anymore until he’s born, unless they suspect an issue. My last was at 20 weeks. Except last night I had a quick one to check levels since the movement was minimal!

I have had ultrasounds every 2 weeks since 20 weeks, due to being high risk. In previous pregnancies I would have 3 ultrasounds, dating, down syndrome screening, and anatomy.

I only had 2. 9ne at my first appointment at 9 weeks and one at my anatomy scan at 22 weeks. I'm paying for a 3D ultrasound at 30 weeks but that's not at my doctor's office. It's right before my baby shower and my parents will be in town. But I'm not supposed to have another at my doctor's office unless there is an issue.

I’m high risk...I had my first at 7w2d and have since lost count of how many we’ve had. We currently get one a week for Doppler monitoring. It’s fantastic seeing baby girl every week, but Jones you, the commute to the drs office and taking time off work for it is getting rough.

I will have one weekly starting at 32 weeks. I am insulin dependant diabetic. In past pregnancies I have only gotten 2. One for dating at the beginning and for for anatomy at 20 weeks routinely.

I had an ultrasound at 20 weeks. And I get three more due to being high risk and needing growth scans. I have one next week at 28 weeks, then again at 32 (also start non stress testing during this week) and 36 weeks if I make it that far. 🤞🏻

I had my first at 6w6d and my second at 12w2d and had my anatomy scan at 19w1d and I thought that would be it for me but my doctor determined I have something called low pigflit or something like that which can effect her growth but has not affected my baby girls growth at all so far but I have more growth scans just to check on her which I just had today at 28w1d and my next one is at 34w
