Pregnant or skipped period?

So I was suppose to get my period on the 25th of December and it never came. I had unprotected sex the 2nd and 5th of December, I am on the mini pill. But I took it 5 hours late for 3 days due to not being home. I know that can increase my chances of being pregnant, about a week after my missed period I started having slight brown watery discharge for 2 days, headaches, nauseous, sore boobs, back aches, emotional, and many more symptoms that I’ve never experienced before! The next 2 weeks I was having brown/pink spotting everyday with the symptoms still happening. Now the spotting is gone but I am just wondering if anyone experienced this? I took 2 pregnancy tests 6 days after my missed period and they were negative. My period is suppose to arrive 5 days should I wait and see if I don’t get my period to test again? Or not because these could also be symptoms of the mini pill. Please no hate!
