Trying to stop smoking
I know its bad to smoke.
it's hard for me to just quit cold turkey, my OB told me i can use patches but I'm wondering if anyone else has used patches during pregnancy and how it worked out.. or if there is another alternative. Im 10weeks and i need to quit asap.
