I swear by healthy eating and working out!!
Okay sooooo I know we have alll heard it a million times, workout and eat healthy it will be the best thing you can ever do for yourself! Well I’m here to tell you it worked for me. My husband and I have been TTC for 9 months and it has been the longest 9 months ever! I finally was just fed up and decided I was going to give up and just start working on losing some weight!!! Here I am 8 weeks later only lost 2 whopping pounds (which I am okay with since I was mostly doing weights and strength) and I found out I am pregnant!!!!!!!
I seriously believe that getting my body back in shape helped me a ton and if any of you are feeling like i was 8 weeks ago all I can say to you is don’t give up! This is a lonely and sad part of the TTC process but it is so rewarding when it finally happens.
