Light bleeding for days
I was taking myo insitol and d chiro and I recently stopped taking it due to ph lately (last 3-4months ) my body was having light bleeding in between periods and the insitol helped with that. Since I’ve stopped I have been lightly bleeding for 15 days it’s not like a full heavy cycle light enough for a panty liner a day. I am so confused on what it going on. Any advice ?
