I am 5 weeks and 2 days pregnant with my second child. I was wondering if anyone else is on progesterone that has to be inserted vaginally? If so did, you have pink/red spotting with mild cramping? I've been on it almost 2 days now.

The pink and red spotting is from the pill!  Your body absorbs the hormone and then discharges the rest of the pill!  I freaked out when I first started taking them!  Mine are red and I get red and pink discharge throughout the day! Also I have had some mild cramping!  If you actually start to bleed and the cramps start to get intense call your doc!

I am on vaginal progesterone suppositories- I have not had bleeding or cramping. If it turns bright red and the cramping increases, I think you should make an appointment. Take care!!
