Has anyone gotten a hard belly from a long days work? I work 10 hour days and by the end, on some days, my belly just feels so hard and I’m struggling to do anything other than lie down when i get home. Is it normal to feel it get hard when you’ve been active as the day goes on? I thought they may be BH but it’s only if I’ve been on my feet for a long time, and it doesn’t “soften” until I’ve rested for a good while. Is it something I should push through or is my body telling me i need a break? I really want to start walking but honestly when I feel the belly harden it scares me!
