Ok im 28 weeks as of today and literally had so much information thrown at me from the doctors office on top of blood work and shots anyway, my doctor told me to record my babys kicks and as of now I know her patterns but they want a physical record. So i downloaded an app and I dont think im doing it correctly. Can anybody please describe how youre supposed to record? Do I just tally that she kicked or moved around or do I record shes kicking for like 3 seconds or what lmao I know stupid question probably over thinking but this is my first pregnancy! Help!
