Pg Rhinitis or a bad cold?

At 4 dpo I suddenly developed a cold. It started out as sneezing, turned into a runny nose and then sore throat, and now coughing and stuffiness. And, of course, tired and can't think straight.

Seems like it's a cold bc rhinitis couldn't start just a few days after ovulation... right?
