I was only 4 weeks 5 days and had my first miscarriage on my second child. My oldest is 7 and I've waited so long to finally be pregnant again. I hadn't even seen or chosen a Dr yet and I'm not sure if I need to go to the Dr or if I just let it pass on its own since I wasn't very far along? I've just been wearing pads all morning cause I read no tampons. Is there anything else I need to be doing?
