Old clothes? How do you feel about throwing out your child's out-grown clothes?

My daughter is 3 now and she's growing out of almost all her clothes. She's my 1st, so excuse me for being a little clue-less. My mother has 4 girls but she saves all the clothes. I however; have no idea on what to keep and what to throw out. Or should I save it all?

Eventually, I will have baby #2, but I think I'll just start all over with the clothes.

Someone help me here, any advise is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
