Late or pregnant

I had sex on December 26 without a condom but I’m on birth control & we stoped before he came inside me. My period was suppose to come on Sunday according to the Flo app but it still has so this makes it 4 days late! I’m experiencing cramps, bloating & tender/sore nipples and breast! Is my period late or do i need to test?
