Help needed... TTC

Ok ladies. Hubby and I are TTC. My period should’ve happened last week. I tested today and the test was negative. I’m pretty sure my period is delayed due to my over stressing of late. Now that I’ve thrown off my cycle, I have no clue when I’m set to ovulate. 🤦‍♀️ It has to be at some point after my period finally comes, right? 🤔😣
