Large head circumference... I’m so worried

My baby is 12 weeks and just had a basic checkup at his immunization appointment. The nurse said I need to make an appointment to get my babies head circumference checked because it’s quite large. I have never once thought my baby’s head was big. So google got to me and I’m super worried and I even broke down. But I went on a bunch of calculators and only 1 days he’s in the 99th percentile. All the others say 97-98 and I read that it’s not a concern unless it’s above 98. His head circumference is 42.8cm... has anyone else had this and was your baby okay? I’m so worried
