Missing a pill🤦

So this month I missed a pill but then took it the next day with my other pill, a week or 2 later I so the same thing 🤦 but take it again the next day with my next pill. Could that make my period late? (I'm sexually active and have had unprotected sex with my fiance, so I realize pregnancy could be a possibility.)
