Hi all!

I am 7dpo today according to fertility friend (8 according to Glow). I did not sleep in extra or drink last night. This spike is pretty big!

Also, I did have the weirdest sensation in my left ovary that then spread to my right ovary & it felt like a hot cramp. After that I started spotting light brown & have been since Tuesday. Would love any insight into what’s going on! Trying to rule out any hormone issues :) I also had positive OPKs to corroborate that I did, in fact ovulate on CD 14.
