So I had my appointment with the high risk OB yday because of a thyroid nodule. He said the nodule is keeping my thyroid levels from dropping during pregnancy. He diagnosed me with hypothyroidism but he said at the moment, unless the nodule gets bigger or my thyroid level drops (he said it’s at the very low end of normal, like literally if it drops anymore) I’ll have to take levithyroxine. He wants my OB to test my blood every 2-3 weeks & keep an eye on the nodule. After I have my baby, he said he’s going to start me on thyroid medication if the nodule is still there whether or not the tests say otherwise. They did check the baby & the placenta. It’s still low but no longer over my cervix so I’ve been cleared to have sex again as long as there isn’t any rough stuff & I don’t bleed. (I’ve been miserable because I’m horny this pregnancy & I haven’t been able to have sex since my dating ultrasound) 👍🏻 Yay!!
