This will be long but I don’t know who to go to.. I have so many people around me but yet feel so alone..

I don’t know if postpartum depression can happen a year later but I am feeling exactly the way I did right after giving birth.... I have 1 year old twins and boy do I love them to death but they drain the life out of me literally.

I had it all so good up until mid November, my twins were the easiest most calm babies in this world. They knew to sleep on their own, I could lay them in their room walk out and within 10 minutes they could put them self’s to sleep and I was able to get things done. From one day to another they completely changed, they cry and cry and cry so so much at night. As soon as I put them in the crib the scream and cry hysterically as if they are being tortured or idk it’s unexplainable.. and mind you it’s not always both that cry but it’s always one for sure.

I’ve tried literally everything and I just don’t know what to do anymore. He has to cry to go to sleep, wakes up to cry in the middle of the night and bright and early in the morning, I’ve never felt so exhausted in my life... you’d think since im a SAHM I’d get at least some rest but I’d be lying if I told you that was true. I crave sleep more then I do food, I BARELY even eat anymore because the chances I finally get a brake all I want to do is sleep but that never lasts long..

My husband works from 5am-6pm but doesn’t get home til almost 8pm, by time he eats and showers it’s bed time and my kids know it and the crying begins... it is taking a big huge toll on our relationship because he seriously don’t have time for each other and if it’s not because of our crying kids it’s because he’s tired from work...

this has been going on for 3 months now and I am physically & mentally EXHAUSTED of life. I know it’s a part of having kids, yes I know if wasnt ready I should have used protection ... I know all of that but I have not got a actual peaceful night sleep in I honestly don’t know how long.

Im going completely crazy, no not once has it ever even crossed my mind about hurting my kids but for the past 2 weeks I’ve had so many thoughts of ending my own life because I’m just that TIRED. I sit and cry asking god for just 30 peaceful minutes maybe even 10 MINUTES and I just never get that.... I sit and think of ways to end my life because I want to find a easy way out of this.... I need help and the one person (my husband) who tells me I can tell them anything is not understanding me and thinks it’s so easy to be a SAHM and says he wish he could trade places with me but only .... if only he honestly knew. My hair for the past 2 weeks has been falling out tremendously and like I said I barely even eat because I’d rather get a nap in instead of eating.

I just want my normal kids back..... Someone please I beg to help me or tell me what to do for them to stop crying so I can get a night of rest!
