23 days late! Anyone else with me?

So I am 23 days late and have no idea what’s going on... I took a test Monday and it was positive but it was a Walgreens test and after I read about them now I’m not sure I can believe it and then on Tuesday I took a FRER there was a vvfl but it was very visible. I got a digital and another frer and tested the following day and it was pretty much negative. Idk if they were I sent or what 😩 I’ve been very nauseous and crampy exhausted and feeling just crappy all together. Before af I break out on my face really bad and have sore boobs for a about a week before it shows and I have had none of that at all! Just maybe some twinges of pain but not the achey feeling I usually get. Is anyone else in the same situation??? I feel like I’m going crazy I haven’t bought anymore tests bc it’s honestly just making me feel crazy. Just looking for some advice and maybe some similar situations you ladies have been in 😊
