Freaking out over lack of symptoms!

I am 7 weeks and I have absolutely no symptoms. MAYBE a little bit more tired than usual but that is the only thing! I am very nervous and worried about it as I've heard it can mean a miscarriage? Should I be concerned? Has anyone else had no symptoms at 7 weeks?
