Heart beating hard and can't breathe
Anyone else experience that when they are just laying around? I'm not laying on my back. Just laying on my side and then my heart beat feels hard and strained and I feel like i can't breathe. I check my blood pressure and pulse and it's normal! Don't know what's going on
What causes this??
